3. How to Start a Return

• Reason for the return, if applicable

• Photographs if the item is damaged or defective

Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send a return to an address unless it has been confirmed by Mode London.

4. Refunds

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a legal remedy, Mode London will handle return shipping costs as required by applicable law.

8. Non-Returnable Items

• Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
